"“May I call you back later/tomorrow?” That must be their most precious line to us if not some of their customers. We never ever had the list of problems that we have had with this agent with our over 20 years location that closed in 2021. I have strived to convince my family to change our agent because we are still team State Farm. (I think they are waiting for me to make it happen but there is a schedule conflict but I would fast). They have ripped us off many times and they have made us wait for God only knows why how that it is just too much. Is that professional? It has been like this for almost four years like if it were up to me, if my parents let me take over and I could cover it easy, I would transfer in a heartbeat. They lie and say that my parents did not pay when we have shown major proof then claim we did not pay or when we accidentally paid twice because their employees claim we did not call to cancel or fix it. Ripped us off hundreds. May God please have major mercy on our family’s car and life insurance this year and for however long my parents decide to stay with this specific location. I know someone who worked for State Farm for over five years, she did not recommend this garland specific location but elsewhere so until my parents agree to change, please be humble with/honest with /quit delaying, your help."

In addition to saving me money, he handled the entire process so I did not need to do anything except answer a phone call. The headache alone he saved me from is worth hundreds. He contacted my old renter's insurance company and my current apartment complex, and brokered the insurance switch without me needing to lift a finger. Not only that, he repeatedly followed up with me over the course of 6 months to ensure this smooth transition. Give this man a raise!"
